The site is information, not treatment

This website describes services we offer and what they cost. It does not provide medical advice, does not create a provider–patient relationship, and does not guarantee that any treatment is available or appropriate for you.

All medical, peptide, GLP, hormone, iron, infusion, injection, and prescription services are provided only after evaluation and approval by a licensed medical provider. See our Medical Disclaimer for the full statement.

Requesting an appointment

Submitting a form on this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. An appointment exists once our team has confirmed it with you.

We may decline or cancel a request where a service is unavailable, where eligibility requirements are not met, or where a provider determines that treatment would not be medically appropriate or safe.

You agree that the information you give us is accurate, and that you are 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian where that is permitted for the service.

Prices, payment, and fees

Prices shown are current at the time of publication and may change. Where a price is shown as a starting price, the final amount depends on the treatment plan agreed with your provider.

Clearance fees, consultation fees, and laboratory fees are charged for the provider's assessment. They are non-refundable and do not guarantee treatment approval.

Mobile visit fees are shown separately from treatment prices. For addresses beyond our stated travel zone, contact us for a quote — no fee is calculated automatically.

Restricted medical therapies cannot be purchased without completing the required screening.

Memberships, packages, and gift cards

Membership tiers carry a three-month minimum. Credit values, rollover, exclusions, and post-minimum cancellation terms are being finalised and will be published on the Memberships page before launch.

Session packages are valid for six months from purchase unless stated otherwise at the time of sale. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

All of these remain subject to eligibility, screening, and provider approval in the same way as any other booking.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. Our Cancellation Policy sets out the details, including mobile visits and late arrivals.

Acceptable use

When using this site, please do not:

• Submit false information, or someone else's details without their permission.
• Attempt to interfere with the site, its security, or other people's use of it.
• Copy or republish our content, photography, or pricing for commercial use without our written permission.
• Use automated tools to extract content in a way that burdens the site.

Our content

The text, design, photography, and branding on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read, share, and print pages for your own personal use.

Links and third-party content

Some pages include content supplied by others, such as an embedded map. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Limits on liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of California have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.
