Cancellation Policy
Changing or cancelling your appointment
Appointments are held for you, so we ask for reasonable notice if your plans change. Here is what that means in practice.
Pending legal review. This policy is published so the information is available to you. It is being reviewed by our attorney and may be updated. If anything here affects a decision you are making, call us on (818) 906-4404 and we will confirm it directly.
Give us 24 hours where you can
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. That lets us offer the time to another patient.
The fastest way to change an appointment is to call (818) 906-4404. You can also reply to your confirmation message.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late we will do our best to see you, but we may need to shorten the appointment or move it so that patients booked after you are not delayed. For longer treatments such as NAD+ infusions, arriving significantly late may mean rescheduling.
Mobile visits
Mobile visits are scheduled around travel time, so please give as much notice as possible. If our provider has already travelled to your address and the visit cannot proceed — for example because the treatment environment is not safe or suitable, or nobody is there — the mobile travel fee may still apply.
Group mobile bookings involve more planning. Please confirm your participant count in advance and tell us promptly if it changes.
Clearance and consultation fees
Fees paid for a medical clearance, physician consultation, or laboratory review cover the provider's time and assessment. They are non-refundable and do not guarantee that treatment will be approved.
Packages, memberships, and session passes
Membership tiers carry a three-month minimum. Cancellation terms after the minimum, credit rules, rollover, and exclusions are being finalised and will be published on the Memberships page before launch.
Session packages, such as cold plunge and sauna passes, are valid for six months from purchase unless stated otherwise at the time of sale.
When we need to cancel
Occasionally we have to change an appointment — a provider is unwell, a product is unavailable, or a clinical review means a treatment should not go ahead. If that happens we will contact you as early as we can and either reschedule you or refund anything you paid for the treatment itself.
A provider may also decline or discontinue treatment where it is not medically appropriate or safe. In that case you are not charged for the treatment, though any clearance or consultation fee already incurred still applies.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They can be used toward any service, package, or membership, subject to the same eligibility and clearance requirements as any other booking.
